Robots rule at Cox Convention Center

Teams from Oklahoma and neighboring states gathered at Cox Convention Center to compete in the Oklahoma FIRST Robotics Competition.

The regional competition, now in its 10th year, pairs professionals with young people to solve engineering and design problems.

FIRST, which stands for For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, is a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 to promote STEM.
