Cur­tis, 55, of Mor­risville, was charged in Smith­field with sec­ond-de­gree men­ac­ing. Satur­day, April 14: David C. Mathis, 44, of Lee Cen­ter, was charged in Lee with op­er­at­ing a mo­tor ve­hi­cle with­out an in­sepc­tion cer­tifi­cate, no or in­ad­e­quate plate lamp, op­er­at­ing a mo­tor ve­hi­cle with a blood al­co­hol con­tent level of .08of 1%, and driv­ing while in­tox­i­cated. Satur­day, April 14: Harry E. Webb, 34, of Syra­cuse, was charged in Verona with un­law­ful pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and op­er­at­ing a mo­tor ve­hi­cle with­out an in­spec­tion cer­tifi­cate. Mon­day, Feb. 12: An­thony Ol­ney, 27, of Syra­cuse, was charged in Mor­risville with fifth-de­gree crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of stolen prop­erty and fal­si­fy­ing busi­ness records. Wed­nes­day, May 3: Christo­pher C. Big­ford, 37, of Cleve­land, was charged in Hamil­ton with first-de­gree iden­tity theft, sec­ond­de­gree crim­i­nal im­per­son­ation, third-de­gree iden­tity theft, third­de­gree grand lar­ceny, and fourth-de­gree grand lar­ceny.
