Saturday, April 14: Robert Reisig, 59, of Morrisville, was charged in Smithfield with third-degree assault. Saturday, April 14: Jay J. Curtis, 55, of Morrisville, was charged in Smithfield with second-degree menacing. Saturday, April 14: David C. Mathis, 44, of Lee Center, was charged in Lee with operating a motor vehicle without an insepction certificate, no or inadequate plate lamp, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08of 1%, and driving while intoxicated. Saturday, April 14: Harry E. Webb, 34, of Syracuse, was charged in Verona with unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate. Monday, Feb. 12: Anthony Olney, 27, of Syracuse, was charged in Morrisville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and falsifying business records. Wednesday, May 3: Christopher C. Bigford, 37, of Cleveland, was charged in Hamilton with first-degree identity theft, seconddegree criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, thirddegree grand larceny, and fourth-degree grand larceny.
