BOCA RATON POLICE
Three men were found in possession of a concealed firearm during the investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of North Dixie Highway. The trio, ages 24, 20 and 19, was found with narcotics as well. During a traffic stop in the 900 block of West Camino Real, a 48-year-old man was found with brass knuckles and arrested.
A Specialized Stumpjumper bike was stolen from the enclosed front porch of a residence in the 1000 block of West Camino Real.
A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 2900 block of Northwest Fifth Avenue.
A customer took matters into his own hands and poured himself an alcoholic beverage at an est abli shment in the 200 block of Plaza Real. He later paid for his drink, and he and his four companions were given trespass warnings from the premises. A bike was stolen from a parking garage in the 400 block of Northeast Mizner Boulevard. Bikes also were reported taken from the 500 block of Northeast 18th Street and the 200 block of South- east First Avenue. An envelope containing $3,000 was stolen from a backpack in the 2000 block of West Glades Road.
Mail was reported stolen in the 2300 block of West Yamato Road.
A trailer and two personal watercraft were stolen in the 400 block of East Camino Real.
A gate was damaged in the 6700 block of Congress Avenue. Someone smashed the rear window of an SUV parked in the 1700 block of Northwest Fourth Avenue.
Five men were arrested after they were found in possession of pot in the 400 block of Northwest 20th Street. Police arrested a man and a woman in the 500 block of West Yamato Road after they were found with pot, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on DUI charges after he got his vehicle stuck on railroad tracks in the first block of West Palmetto Park Road. He was taken to the county jail.
