FLB has a record-break­ing 2015

James K. Bruner, owner/bro­ker of Fen­ton Lang Bruner & As­so­ciates, (FLB) is proud to an­nounce record sales in 2015, due to the stel­lar ef­forts of his real es­tate pro­fes­sion­als. With more than $206 mil­lion in sales vol­ume — which in­cludes the high­est-priced sin­gle-fam­ily prop­erty ever sold in Martin County his­tory — 2016 was a ban­ner year.

This record-break­ing sale was Jupiter Is­land’s 440 South Beach Road, sell­ing for $38,000,000 in June. The year-end sales fig­ures, com­piled from the MLS and Martin County Tax Ap­praiser’s records, in­di­cate that out of the 20 high­est-priced res­i­den­tial sales in Martin County, FLB was part of the list­ing side, sell­ing side, or both sides of 12 trans­ac­tions.

Ad­di­tion­ally, FLB took part in the three high­est res­i­den­tial sales in Martin County at $38,000,000, $14,500,000 and $14,400,000.

Fen­ton Lang Bruner & As­so­ciates has three lo­ca­tions: Stu­art, Hobe Sound main­land, and the only real es­tate sales of­fice ex­clu­sively on Jupiter Is­land. FLB’s most re­cent out­stand­ing list­ings in Martin County in­clude three note­wor­thy prop­er­ties of­fered at $55,000,000, $45,500,000 and the new­est at $21,900,000.
