James K. Bruner, owner/broker of Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates, is proud to announce record sales in 2015 due to the stellar efforts of his real estate professionals. 2015 was a banner year for FLB with over $206 million in sales volume which includes the highest-priced single-family property ever sold in Martin County history. This record-breaking sale was Jupiter Island’s 440 South Beach Road (pictured), selling for $38,000,000 in June.

The year-end sales figures, compiled from the MLS and Martin County Tax Appraiser’s records, indicate that out of the 20 highest-priced residential sales in Martin County, FLB was part of the listing side, selling side, or both sides of 12 transactions. Additionally, FLB took part in the three highest residential sales in Martin County at $38,000,000, $14,500,000 and $14,400,000.

Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates has three locations: Stuart, Hobe Sound mainland and the only real estate sales office exclusively on Jupiter Island.

Among FLB’s most recent outstanding listings in Martin County include three noteworthy properties offered at $55,000,000, $45,500,000 and the newest at $21,900,000.
