JTHS Coun­cil en­dorses four town coun­cil can­di­dates

The Jupiter-Te­ques­taHobe Sound Coun­cil ( JTHS) of the MI­AMI As­so­ci­a­tion of REALTORS has en­dorsed four can­di­dates for Jupiter Town Coun­cil. The can­di­dates are:

for mayor and

and coun­cil.

The JTHS Pub­lic Pol­icy Com­mit­tee, which mon­i­tors Palm Beach and Martin coun­ties govern­ment affairs for the 1,600-plus mem­bers in JTHS, re­cently voted on the en­dorse­ments. JTHS hosted a “Meet the Can­di­dates” event for its mem­bers and pre­sented political ac­tion com­mit­tee con­tri­bu­tions to each of its four en­dorsed can­di­dates.

The Town of Jupiter mu­nic­i­pal elec­tion will be held March 15.


Wo­draska, who is in his fourth term on the coun­cil, and is pres­i­dent of Palm Beach Gar­dens-based Spe­cial District Ser­vices, is run­ning for mayor. The seat is va­cant af­ter Jupiter Mayor Karen Golonka de­cided not to run af­ter serv­ing eight straight three-year terms.

Kuret­ski, an in­cum­bent, is run­ning for a three-year term in the Jupiter Town Coun­cil’s First District. Pos­ner, a re­tired com­mer­cial gen­eral con­trac­tor, is run­ning for a one-year-term in the First District.

Klug, who is a cus­tom metal fab­ri­ca­tor at Gen­eral Sheet Metal Works Inc. in Riviera Beach, is run­ning for a one-year term in the Se­cond District. Klug de­votes count­less hours to var­i­ous com­mu­nity or­ga­ni­za­tions.
