Jupiter broker appointed to Florida Real Estate Commission
MIAMI Association of REALTORS® member and Jupiter broker
has been named to the Florida Real Estate Commission, which administers and enforces real estate license law. Fitzgerald is a past president of the statewide Florida Realtors association and is currently a real estate broker associate and manager for Illustrated Properties in Hobe Sound.
Governor Rick Scott announced Fitzgerald’s appointment on Feb. 5. Fitzgerald, of Jupiter, will succeed Roger Enzor. The Florida Real Estate Commission consists of seven members and meets monthly. “It’s very exciting and rewarding to be fulfilling this position at this time in my career,” Fitzgerald said. “I’ve spent almost 40 years in the real estate business, and serving on the Florida Real Estate Commission is the ultimate service to my profession and the citizens of Florida.”
Fitzgerald is a longtime member of the JupiterTequesta-Hobe-Sound association, which is now a part of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI). The Florida Realtors’ 2013 Realtor of the Year, Fitzgerald has served on many real estate committees and projects.
