The se­ries wraps up its nine-sea­son run tonight. If all goes well, Barney and Robin (Neil Patrick Har­ris, Co­bie Smul­ders) will fi­nally tie the knot, and Ted (Josh Rad­nor) will fi­nally meet his chil­dren’s mother in the hour­long se­ries fi­nale, Last For­ever. Cre­ated by Dana Klein, who worked on Friends, this new se­ries fo­cuses on how six pals re­late to one an­other 12 years af­ter their sin­gle stu­dent days. Bobby and Andi (Kevin Con­nolly, Ma­jan­dra Delfino) are mar­ried, Jules and Low­ell (Brook­lyn Decker, Rick Don­ald) are en­gaged, Will (James Van Der Beek) is newly di­vorced, and Kate (Zoe Lis­ter-Jones) is still look­ing.

TUES­DAY

The Story of the Jews With Si­mon Schama 1011 p.m., WXEL, WPBT

The five-part se­ries con­cludes with The Re­turn, in which Schama dis­cusses how the Holo­caust and the cre­ation of Is­rael have shaped mod­ern Jewish iden­tity — and how Is­rael has shaped world events. Con­trib­u­tors in­clude writer David Gross­man, pho­tog­ra­pher Micha Bar-Am, kib­butz founder Fred­die Ka­han, West Bank set­tler Zvi Cooper and Pales­tinian vil­lager Ya­coub Odeh. While Bel­lamy (Bob Mor­ley) takes his crew on a search for food, Clarke, Finn and Wells (El­iza Tay­lor, Thomas McDonell, Eli Goree) seek a rem­edy for Jasper’s (Devon Bo­stick) wounds. A thick, acidic fog forces them to take shel­ter in­side an old van, where Clarke con­fronts Wells on his be­trayal. Paige Turco also stars in the new episode Earth Kills. Mad­die (Len­non Stella) posts a video on­line in which she refers to her­self as Mad­die Clay­bourne — ba­si­cally telling the world that her fa­ther is Dea­con (Charles Esten). Need­less to say, Rayna (Con­nie Brit­ton) doesn’t take this well, and she isn’t the only one. Hay­den Panet­tiere also stars in the new episode Crazy.

THURS­DAY

NBA Bas­ket­ball 8-10:30 p.m., TNT

Two teams that could very well see each other in the Western Con­fer­ence Fi­nals meet for the last time in the reg­u­lar sea­son tonight in Ok­la­homa City, where Kevin Du­rant and Thun­der de­fend home hard­wood from Tim Dun­can and the San An­to­nio Spurs. The Thun­der cer­tainly have the ad­van­tage in the sea­son se­ries thus far, win­ning all three games. Parks and Re­cre­ation 8:30-9:01 p.m., WPTV, WTVJ

When Les­lie (Amy Poehler) takes on the job of help­ing to or­ga­nize the high school’s se­nior prom, her col­leagues get in on the act. Tom (Aziz An­sari) is en­listed as the DJ, with Ben as­sist­ing. Andy (Chris Pratt) takes a re­luc­tant April (Aubrey Plaza) as his date in the new episode Prom. a

New episodes re­turn with Til Death. Al (Dy­lan Walsh) sus­pects a link be­tween the mur­der of a wealthy cou­ple and a se­ries of homi­cides he in­ves­ti­gated in the past but never solved. He and Car­rie (Poppy Mont­gomery) pose as a mar­ried cou­ple in hopes of lur­ing in the killer. Jane Curtin and Dal­las Roberts also star. Rais­ing Hope 9-10 p.m., WFLX

The sit­com bids farewell with a one­hour fi­nale. Les­ley Ni­col ( Down­ton Abbey) guest stars in the first half as Jimmy and Sab­rina’s (Lu­cas Neff, Shannon Wood­ward) new maid. Then Vir­ginia’s (Martha Plimp­ton) dad (guest star Jef­frey Tam­bor) comes to town with a sur­prise in How I Met Your Mul­let; The Fa­ther Daugh­ter Dance.

Movie: Lucky in Love 9-11 p.m., HALL

Be care­ful what you wish for. That’s the mes­sage of this new ro­man­tic com­edy star­ring Jes­sica Szohr ( Gos­sip Girl) as an am­bi­tious young woman who gains the job, home and man of her dreams when her April Fools’ Day pranks start com­ing true. As Leonardo (Tom Ri­ley) continues search­ing for the Book of Leaves, Pope Six­tus (James Faulkner) makes an ag­gres­sive move against Florence, forc­ing Lorenzo (El­liot Cowen) to make sac­ri­fices. Lu­crezia (Laura Had­dock) seeks new al­liances in Rome in the new episode The Voy­age of the Damned.
