Pass attack helps Trojans topple Boca

Marqui s e Hi c k s t h re w three touchdown passes to Marques Spann, leading the Trojans to a 24-14 upset of the fifth-ranked Bobcats 24-14 in Boca Raton.
Entering the game with a two-game winning streak, the Trojans (4-3, 3-1 District 10-8A) got on the board first with a 23-yard field goal after recovering a fumble.

After Boca pulled to within 17-14 on Singletary’s 67-yard touchdown sprint, Hicks and Spann hooked up one last time, this time for 40 yards, with 5:33 remaining.
Lake Worth sealed the win with an interception of a Micah Leon pass with about four minutes remaining in the game.
