Del Webb Tradition to hold Grand Opening March 24

Active-adult community in Port St. Lucie already seeing strong buyer demand with prices starting in the mid-$200,000s.

Del Webb, a pioneer in active-adult communitie­s, will hold a grand opening on March 24 for its newest 55-plus age-restricted community, Del Webb Tradition. Located in Port St. Lucie, on Florida’s Treasure Coast, this new developmen­t will offer more than 900 attached and single-family homes exclusivel­y designed for today’s Baby Boomer.

Leading up to the March 24 grand opening event when buyers will have the opportunit­y to tour decorated model homes at the new Del Webb Tradition model park, buyers can visit Veranda Gardens to speak with the Del Webb sales team as well as view many of the same furnished models planned for Del Webb Tradition. Veranda Gardens, a DiVosta community, is located in Port St. Lucie on Becker Road adjacent to the Veranda Falls Publix shopping center.

Del Webb Tradition will offer owners a maintenanc­e-free, resort-style lifestyle. The centerpiec­e will be an amenity campus with a Key West-style clubhouse that will have a state-of-the-art fitness facility, tennis, bocce and pickleball courts, a resortstyl­e pool with barefoot bar, and a dog park among other amenities. There will also be a full-time lifestyle director to organize events and lead all of the social activities in the neighborho­od.

The model park will feature villas as well as single-family homes. The Cressida is an attached villa designed with two or three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. At 1,579 square feet, the home features a spacious gathering room with adjoining area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, making it perfect for entertaini­ng.
