announced the addition of Mona
Duffus and Tim Regan as chief program officer and director of corporate partnerships, respectively. Duffus is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years of experience in mental health, education and child welfare through executive operation management. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from FSU.
Regan was previously the executive director of Family Promise North/Central Palm Beach County and also served as catering development specialist with
The Lord’s Place Joshua Catering social enterprise. He has experience in organizational manage
ment, development and special events. Regan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University.
Beach Gardens Medical
Center has hired Laurena Reese,
MBA, BSN, RN as director of the emergency department. Reese will be responsible for managing clinical nursing staff and administrative planning for emergency services. Reese has nearly 30 years of experience as a nurse in the state of Florida. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from SUNY, Plattsburgh and an MBA from
Western Governors University.
WGI has hired Traci Scheppske for the firm’s Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil, and Environmental (PLACE) Division as a business development manager. She comes to WGI with over 30 years of experience in land development. She will oversee all aspects of planning, engineering design, permitting and construction projects for commercial and residential developments. Scheppske is a Florida certified general contractor, certified in management of building information modeling, and is a Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design-accredited professional. She holds an associate’s degree in architecture and engineering design and is an active member of the Association of General Contractors of America, Green Business Certification Inc., International Council of Shopping Centers, Society for Marketing Professional Services and Women’s Leadership Institute.
