PHOENIXVILLE » Phoenixville Po­lice have re­leased in­for­ma­tion on the fol­low­ing po­lice in­ci­dents that oc­curred be­tween Aug. 7 and Aug. 14:

Shoplift­ing re­port

On Aug. 7 at 3:51 p.m., Mary­beth Thorn­bury of Phoenixville was ar­rested for shoplift­ing $44.00 worth of mer­chan­dise from the Gate­way Phar­macy on Nutt Road.

Traf­fic vi­o­la­tion

On Aug. 8 at 4:38 a.m., Of­fi­cer-An­thony Gray stopped a ve­hi­cle for a traf­fic vi­o­la­tion on Nutt Road. The driver, Michael Drupp and pas­sen­ger Tay­lor Lawler, both of Boy­er­town were ar­rested for the pos­ses­sion of sus­pected crys­tal metham­phetamine. Pas­sen­ger Ja­son Will­man also of Boy­er­town was is­sued a ci­ta­tion for dis­or­derly con­duct.

Fight, drugs

On Aug. 9 at 12:49 a.m., of­fi­cers re­sponded to the Prima Mo­tel and Lounge for a fight in progress and were in­formed that the in­di­vid­u­als left in a gold van. Sgt. David-Gold stopped the van at Gay Street and Third Av­enue. The driver, Robert Keeper Jr. was ar­rested for the pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia.

As­sault re­port

On Aug. 9 at 2:39 a.m., of­fi­cers re­sponded to the re­port of an as­sault in the 700 block of West Bridge Street. The vic­tim, a 21-year-old male from Phoenixville, re­fused med­i­cal treat­ment and de­clined to co­op­er­ate with the in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

Car fire

On Aug. 9 at 4:30 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to a car fire at En­ter­prise-Car-Rental on Nutt Road. Phoenixville Fire De­part­ment ar­rived on scene and ex­tin­guished the fire.

Out­stand­ing war­rant

On Aug. 9 at 4:57 p.m., Of­fi­cer An­thony Duch­nosky ar­rested Jesse Brown of Phoenixville at North Street and Penn Street on an out­stand­ing Ch­ester County bench war­rant.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness

On Aug. 10 at 4:45 a.m., Robert Walker, 64 of Phoenixville was is­sued a ci­ta­tion for pub­lic drunk­en­ness in the unit block of South Sec­ond Av­enue.

Sim­ple as­sault

On Aug. 10 at 6:22 p.m., Dustin Gnias, 31 was ar­rested and charged with sim­ple as­sault fol­low­ing a dis­tur­bance at his res­i­dence in the 100 block of E. Phoenix Drive. Gni­aswas sent to Ch­ester County Prison af­ter he was un­able to post bail.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness

On Aug. 10 at 12:24 a.m., Necole Casalena 21, of Phoenixville was is­sued a ci­ta­tion for pub­lic drunk­en­ness in the 200 block of Bridge Street.

Warn­ings is­sued

On Au. 12 at 1:13 a.m., Of­fi­cer Ja­son Ko­morowski lo­cated two males drink­ing beer on the rail­road tracks by Columbia Sta­tion. The men were is­sued a warn­ing and sent on their way.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness, fight­ing

On Aug. 12 at 2:09 a.m., Of­fi­cer Nick Heller ob­served a fight in progress at Main Street and Church Street. Of­fi­cer Heller de­ter­mined that Jose Gu­tier­rez 20 of Phoenixville ini­ti­ated the fight and Gu­tier­rez was ar­rested for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness, dis­or­derly con­duct

On Aug. 12 at 2:21 a.m., Isiah Till­man 35 of Phoenixville was ar­rested for pub­lic drunk­en­ness af- ter caus­ing a dis­tur­bance in the 200 block of Bridge Street. Dur­ing the in­ci­dent, Ni­cholas Carter 23 of Collegeville yelled ex­ple­tives at the po­lice and in­ter­fered with the ar­rest. Carter was also ar­rested for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness

On Aug. 12 at 5:04 p.m., Isiah Till­man was ar­rested for pub­lic drunk­en­ness at Mar­shall Street and St. Mary’s Street fol­low­ing a dis­tur­bance in the 200 block of Em­mett Street un­re­lated to the in­ci­dent ear­lier that day.

Shots fired re­port

On Aug. 12 at 10:31 p.m., of­fi­cers re­sponded to a re­port of gun­shots fired in the 300 block of High Street but were un­able to lo­cate the source of the noise.

Dis­or­derly con­duct

On Aug. 13 at 11:55 a.m., Re­nee Fa­mous 53 of Phoe- nixville was is­sued a ci­ta­tion for dis­or­derly con­duct in the 300 block of Hall Street.

Prowl­ing, ha­rass­ment

On Aug. 13 at 11:36 p.m., Of­fi­cer Nick Heller ar­rested Kory Van­noy 45 of Phoenixville for prowl­ing and ha­rass­ment in the 200 block of Fourth Av­enue.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness

On Aug. 14 at 12:23 a.m., Isiah Till­man was ar­rested again for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct af­ter re­fus­ing to leave the Prima Lounge on W. Bridge Street.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness

On Aug. 14 at 9:50 p.m., Isiah Till­man was ar­rested for the fourth time in 48 hours for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct near the en­trance to Riverworks on N. Main Street.
