PHOENIXVILLE » Phoenixville Police have released information on the following police incidents that occurred between Aug. 7 and Aug. 14:
On Aug. 7 at 3:51 p.m., Marybeth Thornbury of Phoenixville was arrested for shoplifting $44.00 worth of merchandise from the Gateway Pharmacy on Nutt Road.
On Aug. 8 at 4:38 a.m., Officer-Anthony Gray stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Nutt Road. The driver, Michael Drupp and passenger Taylor Lawler, both of Boyertown were arrested for the possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine. Passenger Jason Willman also of Boyertown was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
On Aug. 9 at 12:49 a.m., officers responded to the Prima Motel and Lounge for a fight in progress and were informed that the individuals left in a gold van. Sgt. David-Gold stopped the van at Gay Street and Third Avenue. The driver, Robert Keeper Jr. was arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Aug. 9 at 2:39 a.m., officers responded to the report of an assault in the 700 block of West Bridge Street. The victim, a 21-year-old male from Phoenixville, refused medical treatment and declined to cooperate with the investigation.
On Aug. 9 at 4:30 p.m., police responded to a car fire at Enterprise-Car-Rental on Nutt Road. Phoenixville Fire Department arrived on scene and extinguished the fire.
On Aug. 9 at 4:57 p.m., Officer Anthony Duchnosky arrested Jesse Brown of Phoenixville at North Street and Penn Street on an outstanding Chester County bench warrant.
On Aug. 10 at 4:45 a.m., Robert Walker, 64 of Phoenixville was issued a citation for public drunkenness in the unit block of South Second Avenue.
On Aug. 10 at 6:22 p.m., Dustin Gnias, 31 was arrested and charged with simple assault following a disturbance at his residence in the 100 block of E. Phoenix Drive. Gniaswas sent to Chester County Prison after he was unable to post bail.
On Aug. 10 at 12:24 a.m., Necole Casalena 21, of Phoenixville was issued a citation for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Bridge Street.
On Au. 12 at 1:13 a.m., Officer Jason Komorowski located two males drinking beer on the railroad tracks by Columbia Station. The men were issued a warning and sent on their way.
Public drunkenness, fighting
On Aug. 12 at 2:09 a.m., Officer Nick Heller observed a fight in progress at Main Street and Church Street. Officer Heller determined that Jose Gutierrez 20 of Phoenixville initiated the fight and Gutierrez was arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Public drunkenness, disorderly conduct
On Aug. 12 at 2:21 a.m., Isiah Tillman 35 of Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness af- ter causing a disturbance in the 200 block of Bridge Street. During the incident, Nicholas Carter 23 of Collegeville yelled expletives at the police and interfered with the arrest. Carter was also arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
On Aug. 12 at 5:04 p.m., Isiah Tillman was arrested for public drunkenness at Marshall Street and St. Mary’s Street following a disturbance in the 200 block of Emmett Street unrelated to the incident earlier that day.
Shots fired report
On Aug. 12 at 10:31 p.m., officers responded to a report of gunshots fired in the 300 block of High Street but were unable to locate the source of the noise.
On Aug. 13 at 11:55 a.m., Renee Famous 53 of Phoe- nixville was issued a citation for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Hall Street.
On Aug. 13 at 11:36 p.m., Officer Nick Heller arrested Kory Vannoy 45 of Phoenixville for prowling and harassment in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue.
On Aug. 14 at 12:23 a.m., Isiah Tillman was arrested again for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after refusing to leave the Prima Lounge on W. Bridge Street.
On Aug. 14 at 9:50 p.m., Isiah Tillman was arrested for the fourth time in 48 hours for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct near the entrance to Riverworks on N. Main Street.
