2 charged with shooting into car
Mother, 2 kids came under fire last month
PETERSBURG – Police have arrested two men on charges stemming from an incident last month in which gunshots were fired at a vehicle with children inside.
The Petersburg Bureau of Police said members of the U. S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force on Tuesday arrested Damon L. White, 30, of Petersburg, and Rashuan D. Bradley, 27, of the 20800 block of Truth Drive in Ettrick.
White was charged with a total of 17 felonies, including multiple counts of attempted first- degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Bradley was charged with 12 felony counts, including
multiple counts of conspiracy to attempted first-degree murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Bradley and White are being held at Riverside Regional Jail.
The charges stem from an incident around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 when two
men opened fire on a car occupied by a mother and her three children near the intersection of St. James Street and St. Mark Street.
