BRUNSWICK - Mary lett Floyd, 82, of Petticoat Lane died Sunday, July 24, 2016, at St. Peter’s Hospice Inn Albany after a brief illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late John J. Kellett and Geraldine Crayon Kellett and wife of the late William S. Floyd. She had resided in the Troy area all her life and was a graduate of Catholic CenRustral High School and sell Sage College where she earned her Bachelor’s degree.

Mrs. Floyd was employed at Rensselaer Polytechni­c Institute from 1978 for 17 years in Admissions and Financial Aid. She loved working there with Sharon and friends. Prior to that she worked at Behr-Man50’s. ning in the late

Her leisure time was spent with the Brunswick Knitting Club and she was an avid reader and a communican­t of Sacred Heart Church.
