TROY - Douglas 0. Hoag, 80, passed away peacefully Thursday, September 22, 2016, at home with his family by his side. Calling at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue, Troy on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 4-7 PM. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held Thursday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery Schuylerville.
