Warrant: Thomas G. Rodgers Jr., 25, of Albany, was arrested at 7:19a.m. Aug. 7on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Michael F. Ingignoli, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 9:30a.m. Aug. 7and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Christina L. Davis, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 11:54a.m. Aug. 7on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: Michael A. Secore, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 8:07p.m. Aug. 7and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
