Eleanor K. Horoschock, 86, of Allentown, passed away peacefully Friday. Known as Baba, she was lovingly surrounded by all her children and grandchildren.
Born in Centralia, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Masinick Kasenych and wife of the late Vincent Horoschock.
Eleanor was employed by AT&T, where she worked as a layout operator for over 40 years until retiring. She was a devout parishioner of St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church.
She will be lovingly remembered by a son, Vincent Horoschock Jr. and wife, Deborah; daughters, Mary Lorady and husband, Michael, Carol Croll and husband, Glen, and Rose Costello; grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Vanessa, Zachary, Ashley, Cory and Christopher; great-granddaughters, Sophia and Liliana; brother, John “Jay” Kasenych; sisters, Julia Kriesher and Irene Shemonski.
Viewing hours will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, with Parastas at 7 p.m. A 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Wednesday at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite, 1836 Kenmore Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18018.
