Police: Man put nails in car’s path
HaLifaX — State police at Lykens charged a man from Halifax with criminal mischief, after the man put nails in the path of a woman’s vehicle, police said Friday.
the incident occurred at 11:21 a.m. Sept. 25 on armstrong Street in Halifax, police said.
Scott Roy Marsh, 46, put nails in the path of a vehicle owned by Heather Michelle Reinhard, 44, of Halifax, police said.
Marsh was arrested and charged with intimidation, retaliatory obstruction in child abuse cases, retaliation against a witness, stalking, criminal mischief and harassment. Bail was set at $100,000, and Marsh was committed to Dauphin County Prison, police said.
