Po­lice: Man put nails in car’s path

HaLifaX — State po­lice at Lykens charged a man from Halifax with crim­i­nal mis­chief, af­ter the man put nails in the path of a woman’s ve­hi­cle, po­lice said Fri­day.

the in­ci­dent oc­curred at 11:21 a.m. Sept. 25 on armstrong Street in Halifax, po­lice said.

Scott Roy Marsh, 46, put nails in the path of a ve­hi­cle owned by Heather Michelle Rein­hard, 44, of Halifax, po­lice said.

Marsh was ar­rested and charged with in­tim­i­da­tion, re­tal­ia­tory ob­struc­tion in child abuse cases, re­tal­i­a­tion against a wit­ness, stalk­ing, crim­i­nal mis­chief and ha­rass­ment. Bail was set at $100,000, and Marsh was com­mit­ted to Dauphin County Prison, po­lice said.
