Three Schuylkill County busi­nesses have been cited by the state Bureau of Liquor Con­trol En­force­ment for var­i­ous in­frac­tions of the state Liquor Law.

· Raudy’s Tav­ern LLC, 60 Val­ley St., New Philadel­phia, for sell­ing al­co­holic bev­er­ages be­tween april 1 and 28 with an ex­pired liquor li­cense; and, for be­tween March 2015 and March 2017 for fail­ing to no­tify the liquor board of en­ter­ing into, mod­i­fy­ing or ter­mi­nat­ing a man­age­ment con­tract.

· amer­i­can Le­gion Home As­so­ci­a­tion of Frackville, 40 S. Ma­hanoy St., Frackville, for fail­ing to main­tain com­plete and truth­ful records for the pe­riod prior to May 3, 2017, con­cern­ing the Small Games of Chance Act; fail­ing to sub­mit an­nual re­ports to the state Depart­ment of rev­enue re­gard­ing Small Games of Chance be­tween Feb. 2 and July 25, 2017; sell­ing al­co­holic bev­er­ages to non-mem­bers at var­i­ous dates; fail­ing to op­er­ate small games of chance in con­form­ity of the Small Games of Chance Act; em­ploy­ees fail­ure to re­turn records to the li­censed premises within 24 hours of a re­quest by the En­force­ment Bureau; con­duct­ing un­law­ful weekly draw­ings in vi­o­la­tion of the Small Games of Chance Act; and sell­ing small games of chance af­ter the Small Games of Chance Li­cense ex­pired.

· Salute LLC, 300 E. Broad St., Ta­maqua, fail­ing to main­tain com­plete and truth­ful records cov­er­ing the op­er­a­tion of the premises im­me­di­ately prior to Sept. 6, 2017.

the charges will now be brought be­fore an ad­min­is­tra­tive law judge who has the au­thor­ity to im­pose penal­ties be­tween $50 and $5,000, im­pose a li­cense sus­pen­sion or re­vo­ca­tion and man­date train­ing for the li­censee.
