Death with Dignity Public Forum

The public forum Death with Dignity: Rights and Choices will be held Sun- day, March 26, from 3 to 5 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Germantown, 6001 Germantown Ave., Germantown.

Barbara Mancini, RN, a volunteer with Compassion and Choices, will discuss the tools and knowledge for the full range of end-of-life care and options as well as her own real-life perspective on legal barriers that can imperil those choices.

The public is invited to participate in this program without charge.

Northwest Village Network has joined with Weavers Way, Ralston My Way, East Falls Village, and Mt. Airy USA to sponsor this forum, the fourth in a series on issues of aging. Previous programs have dealt with advance directives and ongoing care and caregivers.
