Joseph W. Wester­fer “Chuck­les” 69 yrs. old peace­fully on Nov. 11, 2017 af­ter a long bat­tle with can­cer. Life-long res­i­dent of Roxbor­ough. Chuck­les was pre­de­ceased by his wife of nearly 40 yrs. Con­nie (Mul­hol­land) Wester­fer. Lov­ing fa­ther of Joseph, Jr. (Me­gan), Michael (Jackie), Amy Wester­fer, Frann Mul­hol­land (Jerry) and John Mul­hol­land. Also sur­vived by his wife Doreen Blake. Brother of Dan Wester­fer. Cher­ished Poppy to Olivia Mul­hol­land, Erinn, Logan and Brett Wester­fer.

He at­tended Roxbor­ough H.S. Chuck­les was a Veteran of US Army served dur­ing the Viet­namWar, he re­ceived the Pur­ple Heart and Bronze Star. He was Past Pres. of North­west Vet­er­ans As- soc., Past Pres. of Wis­sahickon A.A. and mem­ber of the Steam­fit­ters Union Lo­cal 420 for over 40 yrs.
