Endangerment: James A. Bagley, 44, of Waterford was arrested July 23 and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, misdemeanors. Drugged driving: David M. Rehm, 51, of Ballston Spa was arrested July 22 in Charlton and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. DWI: Miranda A. Sanders, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested July 22 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Paul Mataruga, 52, of Troy was arrested July 22 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Troy Williams, 44, of Brooklyn was arrested July 23 in Halfmoon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Fugitive: Joseph R. Sgro, 43, of Lansdale, Pa., was arrested July 22 in Clifton Park as a fugitive from justice and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Lucien J. Bartlette, 39, of Ganesvoort was arrested July 24 in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Mischief: Samuel S. Carpenter, 22, of Victory Mills was arrested July 23 in the town of Saratoga and charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. DWI: Julio C. Garcia, 48, of Malta was arrested July 23 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. DWI: Brent Perez, 39, of Broadalbin was arrested July 24 in Galway and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Burglary: Stephanie A. Hope, 30, of Troy was arrested July 23 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Laurie M. Cannelli, 51, of Saratoga Springs was arrested July 24 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Trespassing: Jacob Turner, 19, and James B. Lawrence, 22, both of Milton were arrested July 24 in Milton and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. Assault: Michael Callahan, 63, and Kimberley A. Duarte-Martinez, 43, both of Ballston were arrested July 24 and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Duarte-Martinez was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Drugged driving: Joseph D. Plouffe, 37, of Malta was arrested July 24 in Malta and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
