Plea: Kevin L. Mitchell, 27, of Lake Luzerne pleaded guilty Feb. 24 to seconddegree vehicular assault, a class E felony. Indictment: Brett M. Allen, 26, of Day was indicted Feb. 24 on charges of aggravated criminal contempt, a class D felony, first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, two counts of aggravated family offense, a class E felony, two counts of third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. Indictment: James A. Bagley, 45, of Waterford was indicted Feb. 24 on charges of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, seconddegree reckless endangerment, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, misdemeanors, and 12 driving infractions. Indictment: Martin J. Nichols, 41, of Rutland, Vt., was indicted Feb. 24 on two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Indictment: Michael N. Greene, 35, of Monroe, S.C., was indicted Feb. 24 on two counts of firstdegree robbery, a class B violent felony, thirddegree robbery, a class D felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Indictment: Thomas P. Buechner, 46, of Waterford was indicted Feb. 24 on charges if third-degree assault and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. Indictment: Irwing Gonzalez, 31, of Saratoga Springs was indicted Feb. 24 on charges of firstdegree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class A-I felony, seconddegree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class A-II felony, firstdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A-I felony, seven counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and three counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Indictment: Brandy Barragan, 25, of Saratoga Springs was indicted Feb. 24 on two counts of firstdegree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class A-I felony, five counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and three counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
