Deputies: Man faces charges after his threat
MILTON, N.Y. » A man was arrested after authorities received a report he threatened to blow up the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, deputies said.
Adam D. Sipe, 31, of Ballston Spa, was charged Friday with making a terroristic threat, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Deputies said Sipe was arrested after a report about the threat was investigated. Deputies said when they attempted to place Sipe in custody he fled in his vehicle. His 2-year-old son was also in the vehicle, deputies said. Sipe was apprehended a short distance away, deputies said.
Sipe was arraigned in Town Court and held pending future court appearances.
The child was turned over to a family member.
