Driver charged in road rage case

EX­ETER » Po­lice have charged a man fol­low­ing a road rage in­ci­dent in­volv­ing a BB gun.

Thomas Kaiser of Pottstown has been charged after a driver re­ported see­ing him flash what ap­peared to be a hand­gun on Mon­day, Oct. 2, ac­cord­ing to po­lice.

Po­lice said Kaiser pulled up next to the vic­tim while driv­ing west on Perkiomen Av­enue (Route 422) near Pineland Road. He then al­legedly dis­played a sil­ver and black hand­gun, waved it around and then pointed it at the vic­tim.

Shortly after, Kaiser was stopped by Ex­eter Po­lice and was taken into cus­tody after of­fi­cers con­ducted a traf­fic stop.

Of­fi­cers lo­cated the weapon and de­ter­mined that it was a sil­ver and black BB gun.

No in­juries were re­ported dur­ing the in­ci­dent.

Kaiser was charged with ter­ror­is­tic threats and reck­lessly en­dan­ger­ing an­other per­son.
