Kayla Marie Bryant, 26, Cedartown, was arrested on May 12 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of first degree forgery, cruelty to animals, second degree criminal damage to property and four charges of first degree cruelty to children — deprivatio­n of sustenance.

Jesse Duane Jackson, 34, Rockmart, was arrested on May 12 by t he Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct, and misdemeano­r probation violation for finger printable offense.

Roe Dale Bowman, 53, Cedartown, was arrested on May 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Joseph Wesley Addison, 17, Dallas, was arrested on May 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of statutory rape – misd. — victim is 14 but less than 16 and offender is 18 and younger and no more than four years older.

Timothy Austin Ragsdale, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on May 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — alcohol, possession of methamphet­amine, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Tifton Lavell Borders, 52, Rockmart, was arrested on May 13 by t he Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — alcohol, and failure to stop at stop sign.

Kathy Chelsea Cochran, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on May 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Chris Allen Fennell, 40, Rockmart, was arrested o n May 1 3 b y the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Aranda Deshun Ore, 36, Cedartown, was arrested o n May 1 3 b y the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Stacy Suzanne Stewart, 40, Silver Creek, was arrested on May 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Howard Dennis Coker, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on May 14 by t he Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Brandon Keith Corbitt, 38, Bremen, was arrested on May 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI —less safe — drugs.

Javier Espinoza Sanchez, 31, Azusa, Ca., was arrested on May 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r fraudulent drivers license or identifica­tion card; false statements in applicatio­ns, giving false name, address, or birth date to law enforcemen­t officer, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Victor Michael Hash, 37, Jacksonvil­le, Fla., was arrested on May 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkennes­s, loitering, and disorderly conduct.

Rigoberto Mora, 47, Summervill­e, was arrested on May 14 by t he Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — alcohol, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Jason Lewis Reeves, 34, Rome, was arrested on May 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joel Miranva Valencia, 24, Marietta, was arrested on May 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Choice Raymond Anderson, 36, Cedartown, was arrested on May 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on three counts of third degree cruelty to children — allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence, first degree cruelty to children — causing excessive pain, simple assault, aggravated assault, and criminal trespass.

Crystal Lynn Gosnell, 37, Cedartown, was arrested on May 15 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass, and misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Earnest Joel McDowell, 66, Rockmart, was arrested on May 15 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault.

Matthew Dalton Stroup, 48, Cedartown, was arrested on May 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, and entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony.

John Edwards Chapman, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on May 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple assault, and criminal trespass.

Lisa Shea Haney, 39, Aragon, was arrested on May 16 by the Aragon Police Department on third degree cruelty to children allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence.

Tabatha Sue Chavez, 35, Cedartown, was arrested o n May 1 6 b y the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey Neal Gates, 48, Taylorsvil­le, was arrested on May 16 by t he Aragon Police Department on charges of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Robert Durand Stocks, 52, Rockmart, was arrested on May 16 by t he Rockmart Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Dairl Umphrey, 29, Cedartown, was arrested on May 16 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jeffery Chet Walls, 40, Rockmart, was arrested on May 16 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of DUI — less safe — drugs, failure to maintain lane, and too fast for conditions.

Haley Ray Yawn, 20, Cedartown, was arrested on May 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Corey Tyler Knight, 20, Cedartown, was arrested o n May 1 7 b y the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and adult seatbelt.

Billy Wynn Pinkard, 17, Rockmart, was arrested on May 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property.

Timothy Lester Crawford, 47, Pell City, Ala., was arrested on May 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and no insurance.

Ronald Colt Blackmon, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on May 18 by t he Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, and affixing materials that reduce on increase light transmissi­on/reflectanc­e of windows/windshield­s.

Rhonda Michelle Ferguson, 48, Pell City, Ala., was arrested on May 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug related objects.

Cecil Carwell Frith, 39, Cedartown, was arrested o n May 1 8 b y the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkennes­s.

Erika Lynn Timms, 19, Rockmart, was arrested on May 18 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property, and two counts of financial transactio­n card fraud.
