Man charged with possession of child porn
EASTON —A 26-year-old Easton resident has been charged with possession of child pornography after allegedly being caught by investigators downloading videos of child pornography on a peer-to-peer network.
Police identified the man as Donald Fuller of Easton. According to a Maryland State Police press release, Internet Crimes Against Children investigators used an IP address to track where the known videos of child pornography were downloaded.
Police found the residence, executed a search and seizure warrant, and seized numerous electronics. Forensic examinations were conducted and showed numerous child pornography videos downloaded on the electronics, according to police.
Fuller allegedly admitted to downloading the videos during a police interview, according to the state police press release.
Fuller is charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. He was seen by a Talbot County District Court commissioner and released on personal recognizance.
The investigation was completed by investigators with the Upper Shore Region of the Maryland State Police
Criminal Enforcement Division, which consists of troopers throughout Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Caroline and Dorchester counties.
According to police, troopers assigned to the unit investigate the most serious or time-consuming crimes, and provide investigative support to other agencies throughout the area.
