Baltimore man cited, driving under influence
EASTON — Easton police on Saturday, Oct. 20, issued a Baltimore man traffic citations charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Police said they stopped a vehicle in the area of U.S. Route 50 and Lomax Street after seeing it cross the yellow line and almost hit the guard rail.
Police said the driver, Louis A. Marshall, 43, had bloodshot and glassy eyes. His speech was slowed and slurred, police said.
Based on the results of sobriety tests, along with additional tests, Marshall was taken into custody, police said.
He was issued traffic citations charging him with driving while impaired under the influence of alcohol or a controlled dangerous substance, and driving under the influence of alcohol and or a CDS.
