JONESBORO, GA- Esther Brantley Boyer, age 99, died November 6. She has moved one last time to her heavenly home to be with her departed family and friends. She was born to the late Asbury Dodge Brantley and Bernice Allen Brantley. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, F. Sanford Boyer, her brothers Hautell and A.D. Brantley, her sisters Dorothy Francis Bartlett andAlice Lanterman and her son-in-law, B. FrankWilliams, Jr. She is survived by her son Morris Boyer (Carol) of Jonesboro, GA, her daughter Alice Gay Boyer and her grandson Zane Boyer-Williams of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by her loving nephew and his wife, Jimmy and Diana Lanterman. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Boyer was born with an ear formusic and was the pianist at Beulah Baptist Church in Hancock County for 55 years. She worked at the Naval Ordinance Plant, theWoodenMill and was amedical technologist at Central State Hospital for 26 years. She was a former member of the Grand Chorus of First Baptist Church of ChristMacon, GA, amember of Keenagers and the XYZ Club. The family will have a private celebration of life gathering.
