Armed rob­ber strikes again, po­lice say

NOR­RIS­TOWN — Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing an armed rob­bery that took place Jan. 24 at the China Palace Inn Restau­rant, lo­cated at 1100 Markley St. At ap­prox­i­mately 10: 20 p.m., a pair of sus­pects, one male and one fe­male, held up the restau­rant us­ing semi­au­to­matic hand­guns.

The man is be­lieved to be the same sus­pect in the armed rob­bery of the H&L gro­cery store on Jan. 22.

He is de­scribed as white, be­tween 25 and 30 years old and stands about 5 feet, 11 inches tall with a medium build.

He was wear­ing a dark- col­ored jacket, with a gray hood, an ivory-col­ored knit­ted win­ter hat and an ivory col­ored scarf with mul­ti­col­ored strip­ing on it. He had on light col­ored blue jeans and tan work boots.

The woman’s age and race were un­de­ter­mined. She is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was wear­ing a black hooded coat with a black scarf and a white knit hat with dark col­ored strip­ing.

The sus­pects may have fled in an older model white or sil­ver Acura Leg­end.
