Armed robber strikes again, police say
NORRISTOWN — Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place Jan. 24 at the China Palace Inn Restaurant, located at 1100 Markley St. At approximately 10: 20 p.m., a pair of suspects, one male and one female, held up the restaurant using semiautomatic handguns.
The man is believed to be the same suspect in the armed robbery of the H&L grocery store on Jan. 22.
He is described as white, between 25 and 30 years old and stands about 5 feet, 11 inches tall with a medium build.
He was wearing a dark- colored jacket, with a gray hood, an ivory-colored knitted winter hat and an ivory colored scarf with multicolored striping on it. He had on light colored blue jeans and tan work boots.
The woman’s age and race were undetermined. She is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was wearing a black hooded coat with a black scarf and a white knit hat with dark colored striping.
The suspects may have fled in an older model white or silver Acura Legend.
