Rose E. Pul­cini of Nor­ris­town

Rose E. Pul­cini, 89, of Nor­ris­town passed away peace­fully on Mon­day, Novem­ber 13, 2017, at her daugh­ter’s res­i­dence where she resided for the last seven years. Born Jan­uary 28, 1928 in Nor­ris­town, Penn­syl­va­nia, she was the daugh­ter of the late Joseph & Maria (Puc­cio) Cur­rera, and lov­ing wife of the late Camillo Pul­cini.

Rose worked for 17 years at the Progress Coat Shoppe in Con­shohocken as a sorter from 1957 1974. After her time there she went on to work for 16 years as a lab as­sis­tant at the Mont­gomery Hos­pi­tal from 1974-1990. Rose was a ded­i­cated parish­ioner of the Holy Saviour Church and life­long mem­ber. In her spare time she en­joyed go­ing to the casino, var­i­ous day trips and was a fre­quent pa­tron of many lo­cal restau­rants. She was an avid fam­ily per­son and cared for them dearly. She was a lov­ing mother, sis­ter, grand­mother, and dear friend to all and she will be missed by many.

Rose is sur­vived by one son, Charles (Kathy) Pul­cini, of West Ch­ester; one daugh­ter, Lanie (Bill) De­or­dio of East Nor­ri­ton; three lov­ing grand­chil­dren, Amy, Kara and Alyssa; a cousin, Nancy Sica; and many nieces and neph­ews.

In ad­di­tion to her par­ents and hus­band, she was pre­ceded in death by her two sis­ters, Eva D’Ar­can­gelo and Ros­alie “Sally” Fer­reri; and her three broth­ers, Tony, Bart and Gus Cur­rera.

Fam­ily and friends are in­vited to call on Satur­day, Novem­ber 18, 2017, from 10:00 10:50 am, at the Holy Saviour Church 407 E Main St., Nor­ris­town, PA 19401. Mass will fol­low the view­ing at 11:00 am at the church. Burial will take place in the St. Pa­trick’s Ceme­tery, East Nor­ri­ton, PA 19401.
