Blackhawk cyclists continue to do well

The Times (Northeast Benton County) - - SPORTS - BOBBY RICKARD

Blackhawk Cycling wrapped up the second race of the season at Old Post Trail in Russellville. It was HOT (close to 100 degrees with heat index) and there were fire ants — lots of them!

Despite the heat and the pesky ants, everybody had a strong race and had fun.

The next race is Saturday, Oct. 7, at Slaughter Pen in Bentonville. Blackhawk fans are welcome join the team in the Pit Zone to see the race first hand.
