Re­ge­nia Mae Bates

Re­ge­nia Mae Bates, 63, of Ben­tonville, died Wed­nes­day,

Oct. 4, 2017, in her res­i­dence sur­rounded by her lov­ing fam­ily. She was born April 19, 1954, in Fort Sill, Okla., to Dorothea (Parks) and Bill Dail.

She en­joyed spend­ing qual­ity time with her fam­ily, friends and fur ba­bies, and also bak­ing, cook­ing, fish­ing, sewing and scrap­book­ing.

She was pre­ceded in death by her fa­ther.

Sur­vivors are her hus­band, David Lee Bates, whom she mar­ried Oct. 2, 1971; her mother, Dorothea Dail, of Rogers; two sons, Matthew Bates and his wife Meshell Bates and Mar­cus Bates and his wife Amy, all of Ben­tonville; one brother, Billy Dail and his wife Misty, of Bella Vista; two sis­ters, April Warner and her hus­band Wayne, of Rogers, and Kim Fletcher and her hus­band Jay, of Garfield; and her grand­chil­dren, Caitlin Bates, Haliegh Bates, Madi­son Bates, Layne Sisco, Brae­den Bates, Bryce Bates, Bren­nen Bates, Brylee Bates, and Brielle Bates.

The fu­neral ser­vice was at 10 a.m. Fri­day in House of God Church, 218 N. First St., Rogers, with Lisa Schroder of­fi­ci­at­ing.

In­ter­ment was to fol­low in Cen­ter­ton Ceme­tery.

Pall­bear­ers were Billy Dail, Matthew Bates, Mark Bates, Brae­den Bates, Bryce Bates and Dereck Bran­don.

Danielle M. Cor­shia Earnest

Danielle M. Cor­shia Earnest, 33, of Pea Ridge, died Oct. 3, 2017. She was born June 8, 1984, in Ply­mouth, Mass.

She was pre­ceded in death by her fa­ther Daniel Cor­shia and mother-in-law Danita Earnest.

Sur­vivors her hus­band of 19 years, Chatwin Earnest; two chil­dren Am­bree and Brax­ton Earnest; her mother Ruby Cor­shia; two broth­ers Jerry (Karen) Cor­shia and Roy Cor­shia and com­pan­ion Dena Cash; her fa­ther-in-law Tom Earnest; sis­ters-in-law, Natalie and Sa­vanah Earnest; eight nieces and five neph­ews.

Visi­ta­tion was 5-7 p.m. Fri­day in Ben­ton County Fu­neral Home, 306 N. Fourth St., Rogers.

Grave­side ser­vice was at 11 a.m. Satur­day, Oct. 7, 2017, at Wal­nut Hill Ceme­tery with Pas­tor Wes­ley McGin­nis of­fi­ci­at­ing.

Rod­ney Eric Hor­ton

Rod­ney Eric Hor­ton, 54, of Pea

Ridge, died Wed­nes­day,

Oct. 4, at North­west

Med­i­cal

Cen­ter in Ben­tonville.

He was born

Sept. 22, 1963, in Cassville, Mo., to Del­bert “Buster” Leon Hor­ton and Zelda Lavon Banks Hor­ton.

He was a life­long res­i­dent of the area. Hor­ton grad­u­ated from Pea Ridge High School in 1982 and mar­ried Nancy Cather­ine Clark on April 14, 2001.

He was a plan­ning man­ager for J.B. Hunt for 31 years and en­joyed hunt­ing, fish­ing and base­ball. He loved spend­ing time with his fam­ily and was a mem­ber of the First Bap­tist Church in Pea Ridge.

He was pre­ceded in death by his fa­ther-in-law, Glynn Free.

Sur­vivors are his wife Cathy Hor­ton of the home; two sons, Austin Britt Hor­ton and Ja­cob Bryce Hor­ton, both of Pea Ridge; his par­ents, Buster and Zelda Hor­ton of Pea Ridge; mother-in-law, Brenda Free of Con­way, Ark.; a sis­ter, Karen Rust of Pea Ridge; sis­ter -in-law, Lori Moyer (Matt) of Webb City, Mo.; brother-in-law, David Clark (Cindy) of Kingston, Tenn.; his dog and con­stant com­pan­ion, Mag­gie; and sev­eral nieces and neph­ews.

Visi­ta­tion was 12-2 p.m. Satur­day, Oct. 7, in First Bap­tist Church, Pea Ridge.

Ser­vice was at 2 p.m. Satur­day, Oct. 7, in First Bap­tist Church, Pea Ridge, with Pas­tor Al Fowler of­fi­ci­at­ing.

Burial was in Pea Ridge Ceme­tery.

Ar­range­ments were with Sisco Fu­neral Home in Pea Ridge.

Don Rogers

Don Rogers, 71, of Rogers, died Oct. 6, 2017, in Pea Ridge. He was born June 27, 1946, in Han­ford, Calif., to Mer­rill and Juanita Rut­ledge Rogers.

He was a truck­driver for 43 years.

Sur­vivors in­clude five chil­dren, Jonathan Rogers of Gravette, Car­men Krum­mick of Rogers, Tri­cia Nash of Ben­tonville, Tonya Scott of Pea Ridge and Toshia Scott of Bella Vista; one brother Der­rill Rogers; and nine grand­chil­dren.

Pri­vate fam­ily ser­vices will be at a later date.

Har­vey ‘Dickie’ Richard Winn

Har­vey “Dickie” Richard Winn, 70, of Pea Ridge, died Thurs­day, Oct. 5, 2017, in his home. He was born Dec. 11, 1946, in Wash­ing­ton County, Ohio, to Har­vey Winn Sr. and Delia Sey­mour Winn.

He was an U.S. Army vet­eran serv­ing in Viet­nam and earn­ing the Bronze Star, Viet­nam Cam­paign Medal, Na­tional De­fense Medal and Sharp­shooter (Ri­fle).

He mar­ried Brenda June Palmer July 17, 1976, and moved to Pea Ridge in 1990 to make his home. He loved restor­ing Model “A” Cars, dirt track rac­ing and show­ing his 1980 Corvette at lo­cal car shows. He en­joyed fish­ing and hunt­ing, camp­ing and be­ing with his grand­chil­dren. He at­tended The Ridge Church in Pea Ridge.

He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents; one sis­ter, Linda Koenig; and a grand­son, Dy­lan Winn.

Sur­vivors are his wife Brenda of the home; three sons, Richie Winn of Pea Ridge, Dickie Winn and wife Dana and Cody Winn, all of Pea Ridge; a daugh­ter, Aimee Yager and hus­band Adam of Pea Ridge; a brother, Steve Winn and wife Becky of Hobbs, N.M.; a sis­ter, Jan­ice Tate of Cassville, Mo.; 19 grand­chil­dren; and one great-grand­child.

Visi­ta­tion will be at the church start­ing at noon prior to the ser­vice on Satur­day, Oct. 14.

Ser­vice is set for 2 p.m. Satur­day, Oct. 14, at First Bap­tist Church in Pea Ridge.

Ar­range­ments are with Sisco Fu­neral Home in Pea Ridge.

Burial will be in the Pea Ridge Ceme­tery.
