Sun­day, Oct. 1

12:06 a.m. As a re­sult of a traf­fic stop, po­lice ar­rested Ana E. Dav­ila 42, Rogers, for DWI, drove left of cen­ter, drove off road­way right, ex­pired ve­hi­cle li­cense.

12:48 p.m. A res­i­dent of Wash­burn Street re­ported a bur­glary in­volv­ing tools miss­ing from a garage.

6:56 p.m. A res­i­dent of Pea Ridge trans­ported a dog to the po­lice sta­tion af­ter it jumped into her car while it was parked at the Wal­mart Neigh­bor­hood Mar­ket.

Mon­day, Oct. 2

No time pro­vided — As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion at a res­i­dence on Van Dorn Street, po­lice ar­rested a 17-yearold male for third-de­gree as­sault and dis­or­derly con­duct and a 16-year-old male for ob­struct­ing gov­ern­men­tal op­er­a­tions.

1 p.m. A school em­ployee re­ported that items had been dumped il­le­gally in the Mid­dle School dump­ster. On Oct. 3, po­lice were on a traf­fic stop with a man who matched the de­scrip­tion of the sus­pect. As a re­sult of the in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice ar­rested Ron­ald J. Vizenza, 36, Pea Ridge, for il­le­gal dump­ing.

10:38 p.m. As a re­sult of a traf­fic stop, po­lice ar­rested Jesse Lena Marie Banks, 21, Pineville, Mo., on a Pea Ridge war­rant for fail­ure to pay and a Rogers war­rant and An­gel Lee McDon­ald, 27, Pineville, Mo., on a war­rant from Rogers.

Tues­day, Oct. 3

10:10 a.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to a res­i­dence on Choate Place for a found dog. Po­lice con­tacted the Street Depart­ment to trans­port the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

1:09 p.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to the area of Craw­ford and Slack streets for a two-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent. Amitty Fr­yar, 34, Pea Ridge, told po­lice she was west bound on Slack Street and could not stop in time to avoid strik­ing the ve­hi­cle driven by Maria Estrada, 28, Springdale, who was stopped pre­par­ing to turn south. There were two pas­sen­gers in Estrada’s ve­hi­cle.

Wed­nes­day, Oct. 4

1 p.m. A res­i­dent of Bowen Street re­ported theft of a ring. On Oct. 4, the ring was found and the com­plainant did not want to press charges.

3:27 p.m. Po­lice re­ceived a re­port of theft in­volv­ing a golf cart re­ceived as a pawned item that was dis­cov­ered to have been stolen from Clear Creek Golf Carts, Rogers. The in­ci­dent is un­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

6:04 p.m. Po­lice took a re­port of a two-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at Oak­ley and Slack streets in­volv­ing ve­hi­cles driven by Robin A. Hud­son, 57, Pea Ridge, and Rafael A. Martinez, 31, Springdale. Martinez was cited for no driver’s li­cense and care­less and pro­hib­ited driv­ing.

Thurs­day, Oct. 5

8:19 a.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to Lee Street for a non-ag­gres­sive stray dog. Po­lice called for a city worker to pick up the dog, ac­cord­ing to the re­port. It was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Fri­day, Oct. 6

8:08 a.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to a res­i­dence on Van Dorn Street for an unat­tended death of a 71-year-old male.

No time pro­vided — As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion at Pea Ridge High School, po­lice ar­rested a 15-year-old male for third-de­gree bat­tery.

1:30 p.m. As a re­sult of in­for­ma­tion re­ceived, po­lice cited Bradley Wo­mack, 31, Rogers, for pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia and con­fis­cated mar­i­juana and a pipe.

Satur­day, Oct. 7

8:55 a.m. A res­i­dent of Fields Cove re­ported a stray dog was at her house. At the re­quest of po­lice, the res­i­dent trans­ported the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

11:40 a.m. As a re­sult of a traf­fic stop, po­lice cited Cheri Lynn Hobkirk 47, Pea Ridge, for sus­pended driver’s li­cense, fic­ti­tious tags, fail­ure to reg­is­ter and no proof of in­sur­ance. The ve­hi­cle was towed and im­pounded by Er­win’s Tow Ser­vice.

4:41 p.m. As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion from in­for­ma­tion re­ceived, po­lice found nu­mer­ous dogs unat­tended in­side a res­i­dence on Hay­den Road. Po­lice con­tacted em­ploy­ees of the Street Depart­ment to trans­port the dogs to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic to be boarded. The in­ves­ti­ga­tion is on­go­ing con­cern­ing cru­elty to an­i­mals.
