Thurs­day, Feb. 1

1:05 p.m. Po­lice as­sisted Ben­ton County Pro­ba­tion of­fi­cer with a search of a res­i­dence on John W. Mont­gomery Cir­cle. As a re­sult of the search, po­lice cited Todd Sul­li­van, 38, Pea Ridge, with mis­de­meanor pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and mis­de­meanor pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, and Lau­ren Leigh Curby, 33, Pea Ridge, with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia.

Sun­day, Feb. 4

12:24 p.m. A res­i­dent of Oak­ley Street re­ported vi­o­la­tion of a pro­tec­tion or­der via so­cial me­dia.

4:17 p.m. As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion into a so­cial me­dia post by a res­i­dent of Noel, Mo., claim­ing a male had fol­lowed her and her chil­dren through a Pea Ridge busi­ness and at­tempted to make con­tact with her chil­dren, po­lice de­ter­mined there was no crim­i­nal ac­tiv­ity.

6:39 p.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to a park­ing lot on Slack Street for a theft of prop­erty. A res­i­dent of Green Street told po­lice some­one took her purse from her ve­hi­cle. The purse con­tained im­por­tant pa­pers, she told po­lice.

Mon­day, Feb 5

2:05 p.m. As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice ar­rested Joshua Court­ney, 35, Pea Ridge, who was“crim­i­nally charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia,” ac­cord­ing to the po­lice re­port.

8:04 p.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to an Ar­vest Bank for sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances and found a male who was stand­ing near the ATM and then near the front of the bank. As a re­sult of the in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice ar­rested Adam Howard, 29, Pea Ridge, on a war­rant from Pea Ridge for fail­ure to pay fines. He was also cited on a charge of pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance. Sus­pected mar­i­juana was con­fis­cated and placed into ev­i­dence.

Tues­day, Feb. 6

4:09 p.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to a mo­tor-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at the in­ter­sec­tion of Slack and Oak­ley streets with no injuries. Driv­ers were Jassen Daugh­erty ,24, Cane Hill, and Fran­cisco J. Her­nan­dez, 31, Cen­ter­ton. Daugh­erty was given a care­less/pro­hib­ited driv­ing ci­ta­tion.

4:53 p.m. Po­lice were ap­proached by a fe­male who said she picked up a stray dog wan­der­ing around Oak View An­i­mal Clinic. The red and white cocker spaniel was taken to the Pea Ridge Ve­teri­nary Clinic. At 8:05 a.m. Feb. 7, the owner, Nathan Cole Shep­ard, 20, Ben­tonville, claimed the dog. He was cited on city or­di­nance, dog at large.

Wed­nes­day, Feb. 7

12:35 p.m. Po­lice were no­ti­fied by a fe­male res­i­dent of Pea Ridge with a re­port of vi­o­la­tion of an or­der of pro­tec­tion in­volv­ing a male mak­ing a so­cial me­dia post and tag­ging her and her mi­nor chil­dren in it. Po­lice re­ported a war­rant for the sus­pect has been re­quested.

5:31 p.m. Po­lice took a re­port of a pri­vate prop­erty ac­ci­dent that hap­pened at the Wal­mart Neigh­bor­hood Mar­ket in­volv­ing ve­hi­cles driven by Martin Adams, 59, Pea Ridge, and Jen­nifer N. Steen­block, 39, Pea Ridge.

Thurs­day, Feb. 8

7:13 a.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to a res­i­dence on South Davis Street for a re­port of van­dal­ism to two mail­boxes.

10:53 a.m. Po­lice were dis­patched to Wal­mart Neigh­bor­hood Mar­ket for a re­port of shoplift­ing. As a re­sult of the in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice cited Ben An­thony Daniel, 30, Pea Ridge, with shoplift­ing and gave him a tres­pass warn­ing. Dy­lan Micah Roller, 20, Wash­burn, Mo., was also given a warn­ing against tres­pass.

2:36 p.m. As a re­sult of an in­ves­ti­ga­tion be­gun when po­lice saw three dogs loose near apart­ments on Wade Lane at­tack dogs on leashes, po­lice cited Aaron Michael Figueroa, 33, Pea Ridge, with three counts of dog at large and no proof of city tags.
