LACKAWANNA COUNTY SENTENCINGS
President Judge Michael Barrasse sentenced the following defendants recently in Lackawanna County Court:
James Molloy, 39, 515 Powell Ave., Clarks Summit, to 26 to 58 months in state prison, followed by four years’ probation, for burglary and indecent assault.
Luis Kupetsky, 35, 500 Pancoast St., Dickson City, to six months’ court supervision, including two months’ house arrest, and a $300 fine for DUI Tier one, first offense.
Richard Erazo, 42, 89 Birkett St., rear apartment, Carbondale, to 66 months’ court supervision, including 13 months’ house arrest, and a $1,800 in fines for DUI — tier two third offense and DUI — tier one, second offense
Justin Kryzanowski, 29, 540 Palm St., Scranton, to one year of court supervision, including two months’ house arrest, for drug paraphernalia possession.
Erik Laracuente, 24, 147 Thunderbird Drive, Apt. 31E, Scranton, to 24 months’ court supervision, including three months’ house arrest, for simple assault.
Peter Zawicki, 28, 11 Lions Road, Jefferson Twp., to five years’ probation for theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Jessica Pavlichko, 36, 9 Catie Lane, Wapwallopen, to two years’ court supervision, followed by four years’ probation, for conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver.
Shakir Johnson, 25, 715 Prescott Ave., Scranton, to 12 to 36 months in state prison followed by two years’ probation for simple assault.
Ashley Alexander, 36, 8 Chestnut Drive, Covington, Georgia, to 22 to 48 months in state prison followed by four years’ probation for possession with intent to deliver. Judge Vito Geruolo sentenced:
Darrell Butler, 26, 69 S. Hancock St., Apt. 2, WilkesBarre, to 12 to 36 months in state prison for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
