‘March for Arch’ ben­e­fit planned

Friends of Jack Archer, who re­cently lost his bat­tle with pan­cre­atic cancer, are hold­ing a ben­e­fit, “March for Arch,” Oct. 22 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Wal­dorf Park, 13 Wal­dorf Lane, Scran­ton. Ad­mis­sion is a do­na­tion of $20 for adults and $10 for chil­dren un­der 12. In­cluded will be live en­ter­tain­ment, food, soda and draft beer. There will be bas­ket raf­fles, a silent auc­tion, 50/50 draw­ing, bas­ket of cheer raf­fle and pal­let of beer raf­fle. Ad­vance tick­ets are avail­able at Ger­rity’s, 320 Meadow Ave., Scran­ton, or through com­mit­tee mem­bers.
