Regina Roth, 89, Clifford Twp., died Thursday at Abington Manor, Clarks Summit. She was the wife of Artur Roth, who died Oct. 18, 2012.
Born May 24, 1929, in Poland, daughter of the late Ignatz and Martha Weinkauf Ratajczak, Regina was a member of the Bethel Congregation at Welch Hill Church, Union Dale. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time tending to her garden.
The family would like to thank very close friends, Irene Boden and Julie and Jason Clancy, for all of their love and support to Regina over the past several years. Special thanks is also expressed to the staff of Abington Manor for its kind and compassionate care over the past two months.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter and grandson. They find great solace in knowing that she is rejoined with her beloved husband, Artur, whom she deeply missed since his passing.
She is survived by one daughter, Monika Roth Huynh, and one grandson, Mitchell Ihlefeldt, both of Clifford Twp.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Bethel Congregation at Welsh Hill Church, Union Dale, officiated by the Rev. Barney Wilkins, pastor. Interment, Welsh Hill Cemetery, Union Dale.
Friends may call Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
