Dolores J. Belardo of Hamilton

Dolores J. Belardo, 88, of Hamilton passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in Care One at Hamilton.

Born in Trenton she was a lifelong area resident.

Dolores was a haomemaker. She was an avid gardener who liked to replant her cacti and flowers. In her later years she loved to read books. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and very supportive of her family in every way. She was a kind, caring and witty person.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Dostal and Cecelia (Blasack) Liptak; and her beloved husband, Vincent J. Belardo.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph and wife Francine Belardo of Hamilton, Frank Belardo and Aimee Maroney of Whiting and Vincent Belardo, Jr. and wife Janice of Hamilton; a daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Charles Kuehner, Jr. of Hamilton; grandchildren, Rebecca Kuehner, Nicole Belardo and spouse, Mark Boyce, Anna Belardo and Emma Belardo; and many nieces and nephews.

Rite of Christian burial will be held Monday, August 29, at 11 a.m. at the Gruerio Funeral Home, 311 Chestnut Avenue, Trenton. The clergy of Our Lady of the Angels Parish will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Hamilton. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects to Dolores’s family on Monday from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Gruerio Funeral Home.
