Broken system

I’m calling about David Foster’s article in August 24 paper about the father, I use the term loosely, who raped his daughters over period of several years. He was not even suppose to have any contact with them. Also, he beat his minor son and forced him to watch the rape of his sisters. Then if that wasn’t enough, he pimped out his oldest daughter. We all know that DYFS is a broken system. But what amazes me even further is the fact that he’s only serving a sentence of six years in jail. That’s ridiculous. I see nothing about the mother who was present during a lot of this happenings and she is not being sentence to any jail time. — A reader Yeah, see previous answer. — Ed Note
