-

NORFOLK, VA. >> U.S. Marshals are looking for a woman they believe married a man charged with the murder.

Agents on Monday released what appears to be a wedding photo of the woman and suspect Jihad Amir Ramadan. He’s accused of stabbing to death a fellow student at Hampton University in Virginia in 2005 and has been on the run ever since.

The woman’s identity is not known. The photo is from the Myspace social networking website and was taken around 2007 in New York or New Jersey. The Marshals said she is not suspected of any wrongdoing. Ramadan was born Justin Faustin, and Marshals believe the 30-year-old has taken on a new identity. He has family connections in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, California and the Caribbean.
