Dorothea Stafford of Ewing

Dorothea Stafford, 93, of Ewing departed this life on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Water’s Edge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. Stafford was a lifelong resident. She retired from Johnson and Johnson.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Dom Brister; a husband, Charles Stafford; a son, Charles, Jr.; daughters, Daisy Livingston and Christine Mayo; 3 brothers, Harold, Willie and Jack Brister and a sister, Leola Patten surviving are a daughter, Evelyn Howard; 16 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren, 28 great great grandchildren; one niece, Lucy Mitchell; two nephews, Johnny Patten and Jimmy Kidd and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11am at the Word Alive Center 29 W. Front St. Trenton, NJ.

Interment will be in Brig. Gen. William C Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery Arneytown, NJ.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 9am to 11am at the church.

Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
