Joan B. O’Neil

Joan B. O’Neil, peacefully went to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 22, 2017 at The Hospice By the Sea in Boca Raton, FL.

Joan is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Barker and mother Emma Cheatle Barker. She is survived by her eldest Son, Todd R. and wife Laurie of Flemington, NJ, daughter Tara E. Leeser and husband, Brian of Middletown, PA, and Thomas of Florida. Her brother Robert R. Barker and spouse Charles Rice of Tucson, AZ. Her Aunt Margaret Priestley of New Hope, PA and several cousins.

Todd and Tara are honoring their mother in a celebration of her life, Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Titusville Presbyterian Church, 48 River Dr. Titusville, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association or The Titusville Presbyterian Church.
