Bragg has a lengthy rap sheet and has served many years in prison for criminal activity. He received six years of New Jersey state incarceration in 1987 for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute after pleading guilty in the case.
In 1988, Bragg pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and related offenses in a Pennsylvania case and was sentenced to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to six-to-23 months of confinement.
In a prior domestic dispute, Bragg allegedly kidnapped one of his ex-girlfriends, an 18-yearold Trenton woman, on June 27, 1993, and went to her house days later on July 6, 1993, threatening her with violence if she testified
