Allentown went 13-0 at home this season, but, as the rest of the CVC can tell you, the pitch is less than ideal for anyone except the home team.

To win a state title, the Redbirds have to get two games on turf, and remember their only loss, in the Mercer County Tournament final, came on the wide field at TCNJ where Steinert used its pace to cause the back four problems.

Just how well they adapt to the surface, and that may be more mental than physical, could determine how this game plays out.
