The fol­low­ing in­for­ma­tion was pro­vided by po­lice un­less oth­er­wise noted


Do­mes­tic Vi­o­lence: Kenny David Jr., 28, was ar­rested in con­nec­tion with an Aug. 25in­ci­dent in which the vic­tim told cops he punched her in the face dur­ing an ar­gu­ment af­ter she got home in the ear­ly­morn­ing hours. The woman was treated at the hos­pi­tal for a frac­tured or­bital bone. Cops fi­nally caught up to David, the boyfriend, who was charged with ag­gra­vated as­sault.

Sex As­sault: Maynor Al­varado-Jimenez, 18, is ac­cused of sex­u­ally as­sault­ing a 12-year-old girl. Of­fi­cers re­sponded to the 400block of Hamil­ton Av­enue. The vic­tim’s fa­ther said her daugh­ter had been liv­ing with her 19-yearold boyfriend. Cops found the two up­stairs in the bed­room. The vic­tim and Jimenez ad­mit­ted they had sex while liv­ing to­gether. The vic­tim was taken home, and Al­varado-Jimenez was charged with ag­gra­vated sex­ual as­sault.

Roomie Beaten: Ronal Agustin-Lima, 37, was charged with as­sault­ing his room­mate. Cops re­sponded to the 100block of Di­vi­sion Street, where they found the vic­tim bleed­ing fromthe back of his head. The vic­tim told cops that Agustin-Lima struck him in the head with a beer bot­tle. The sus­pect ad­mit­ted hit­ting the vic­tim in the back of the head and was locked up on ag­gra­vated as­sault and weapons of­fenses.

Home­less Stab­bing: A man was stabbed on the first block of Yard Av­enue around 11:48p.m. last week. Po­lice were look­ing for a heavy-set sus­pect who was wear­ing a white mask or a bag that cov­ered his face. A worker near the Chan­nel 6build­ing by the Tren­ton train sta­tion re­ceived a call that a wit­ness saw who saw the man stab­bing a sleep­ing home­less man, be­tween 50 and 60years old, who suf­fered wounds to his neck, chest, back, arm. He was in crit­i­cal but sta­ble con­di­tion at Cap­i­tal Health Re­gional Med­i­cal Cen­ter. No ar­rests have been an­nounced. Shoot­ing: A man was shot play­ing cards on the first block of Da­mon Street around 5:21 p.m. Sun­day. The vic­tim was shot in the arm by two sus­pects. The Shoot­ing Re­sponse Team is in­ves­ti­gat­ing.

Ha­rass­ing Mes­sages:

Kifee Dil­lard, 22, was charged with stalk­ing af­ter vi­o­lat­ing a re­strain­ing or­der. He was caught on a neigh­bor’s video sur­veil­lance steal­ing his ex-gir­flriend’s video Ring cam­era, her li­cense and a tem­po­rary tag off another ve­hi­cle. He was also leav­ing her ha­rass­ing mes­sages say­ing he was go­ing to kill her and her daugh­ter. Po­lice put war­rants out for him and ar­rested him over the week­end. He was charged with stalk­ing, ha­rass­ment, con­tempt and theft.

What a Weirdo: Jonathan Diaz, 30, was ar­rested over the week­end for mak­ing a false re­port to law en­force­ment. It hap­pened in May of this year when he went to po­lice head­quar­ters and said he was at the CVS on the 1200block of Greenwood Av­enue when a woman pulled up next to him and asked him where the near­est gas sta­tion was. She then al­legedly pointed a gun at him and robbed him of $300. He claimed he fol­lowed her for as long as she could and took a video clip of her ve­hi­cle. De­tec­tives looked up the li­cense plate and found the owner. She told a far dif­fer­ent story: She said she met Diaz to buy $200 in weed and left. She had a whole con­ver­sa­tion with him over Face­book mak­ing ar­range­ments to buy the mar­i­juana and al­lowed de­tec­tives to print that out. The woman told cops that Diaz wanted the mar­i­juana it back and that’s why he fol­lowed her. Diaz ad­mit­ted mak­ing up the rob­bery story to get back at the woman. He was charged with mak­ing a false re­port to law en­force­ment.

Two for One: Ryan Lopez, 22, of Ewing, was ar­rested on Home Av­enue and Jer­sey Street. Lopez was nabbed on weapons and drug charges. Deonte Har­ris, 22, was also ar­rested. Of­fi­cers saw a gray Kia parked in the mid­dle of the street near the in­ter­sec­tion. Lopez was throw­ing tobacco out the win­dow. Of­fi­cers thought he was rolling a blunt and later smelled burnt mar­i­juana com­ing from the ve­hi­cle. Cops saw a hand­gun next to Lopez’s feet.
