Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

The Washington Post Sunday - - D6 NFL WEEK 17 -

1 p.m. WUSA-9, WJZ-13, Ravens by 91/ 2 Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco (ankle) will not play and WR Terrell Owens (knee) is out, but WR Jerome Simpson had six catches for 124 yards and two touchdowns last week against San Diego. The Ravens are 17-1 against teams under .500 over the past three seasons. The lone loss came at Cincinnati in September. Baltimore K Billy Cundiff needs three touchbacks to break the NFL singleseason record on kickoffs from the 30-yard line. The Ravens have 18 turnovers; the team record for fewest in a season is 21 (2008). SMARTER STATS: Baltimore is obviously the marquee team here; Cincinnati’s offense has disappointed all year. But don’t sleep on two young Bengals defenders — tackle Geno Atkins has the most quarterback hurries of any rookie, with 16, and only Detroit superrookie Ndamukong Suh has more sacks among first-year players than Cincinnati end Carlos Dunlap, who has eight on the year and seven in his past five games.
