Sev­eral in­ter­na­tional en­voys — but none from the world pow­ers, in­clud­ing the United States— got a look in­side an Ira­nian nu­clear site Satur­day as part of a tour the Is­lamic re­pub­lic ap­par­ently hopes will build sup­port be­fore new talks this week on its nu­clear ac­tiv­i­ties. Am­bas­sadors to the United Na­tions In­ter­na­tional Atomic En­ergy Agency from Egypt, Cuba, Syria, Al­ge­ria, Venezuela, Oman and the Arab League vis­ited the un­fin­ished heavy wa­ter re­ac­tor near Arak, in cen­tral Iran, state TV re­ported.
