The Washington Post Sunday - - COMMUTER - — Matt Zapostoky

A teenager has been arrested and charged in the fatal stabbing of a man who was found dead Jan. 8 in Langley Park, Prince George’s County police said Friday.

Oscar Rosales-Madrid, 16, of Langley Park was charged with first-and second-degree murder in the death of Alejandro Marcos Diaz Vasquez, 30.

Deputy Chief Gary Cunningham, who commands the county police Bureau of Support Services, said that a witness tipped investigators to Rosales-Madrid’s involvement in the killing and that the suspect later confessed.

Cunningham said investigators were not sure what prompted the stabbing or what the men’s relationship was.
