The At­lantic and Na­tional Jour­nal toasted the 113th Congress on Feb. 11 in honor of Pres­i­dent Obama’s fourth State of the Union, at the Li­brary of Congress.

1. Wil­lie Lyles, leg­isla­tive di­rec­tor for Rep. Wil­liam En­yart (D-Ill.), and Lyn­don K. Boozer, as­sis­tant vice pres­i­dent of fed­eral re­la­tions at AT&T. 2. Room­mates from the days they worked as Hill staffers: Rep. Ann Kuster (D-N.H.) and Syd­ney McNiff John­son, a prin­ci­pal for SNR Denton. 3. Kramer R. Phillips, pres­i­dent of KPR me­dia, toasts Poppy MacDon­ald, se­nior vice pres­i­dent of the Na­tional Jour­nal Group.
